Tully is a village in Onondaga County, New York, United States. The population was 873 at the 2010 census. The name of the village is derived from the Roman orator Marcus Tullius Cicero. The village of Tully is in the southeast part of the town of Tully and is south of Syracuse. == History == The village was in the former Central New York Military Tract. The community was first settled by outsiders around 1795. The village was incorporated in 1875.
